please help - glype issues

I am new to glypeand have 3 main issues/ problems with my new proxy site :

1. images not loading
None of the images on the page load !

2. https issues
i cannot go onto a secure site, it returns a libcurl error, saying that https is either not enabled or libcurl is not installed properly.

3. incomplete downloads
None of my downloads are completed, they are all corrupted.

I am as confused with glype to.. How did you get ads on your site and what webhost do you use ?
